Join us for an immersive virtual workshop, designed for dietitians, therapists, and healthcare professionals who want to feel more confident and equipped when addressing body image issues and struggles. Using the Body Image Inside Out framework, this experiential training will provide you with practical tools to shift deeply ingrained body image patterns, while supporting clinicians in examining their own relationship with body image work.
What to expect:
Identify and explore: what aspects of this work are challenging for you and get support in developing more clarity and confidence about your role and what you hope to offer clients and patients.
Interactive exercises: Engage in exercises to better understand your own body image "parts", both as a clinician and a human and how best to resource yourself as you do this work with clients.
Connect with Others: Participate in small and large group discussions with other clinicians.
What you will learn:
How to build and use your Body Image Inside Out muscles in the room with your clients and patients so that you feel more comfortable and confident in these conversations!
How to help your clients identify and shift entrenched body image patterns.
How to help your clients understand and explore the interplay between their relationships and their body image both historically and currently and how to track and shift these patterns in real time.
